Sales Manager (Clinical Laboratory Solutions)

Job Summary          

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales of clinical laboratory solutions across Vietnam. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the market for Clinical Laboratory Solutions, including Pathology, Digital Pathology, Molecular Diagnostics, Histology, Laboratory Automation, and related laboratory technologies.
  • Identify business opportunities and establish strong relationships with hospitals, pathology laboratories, clinical laboratories, universities, research institutes, third-party testing laboratories, and other healthcare institutions.
  • Understand customer needs and provide professional product presentations, application support, solution design, and technical consultation.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including customer prospecting, opportunity development, solution presentations, tender participation, quotation, contract negotiation, project implementation, and after-sales relationship management.
  • Work closely with local distributors and channel partners to achieve business growth and sales objectives.
  • Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy and product portfolio development.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, technical support, marketing, and regional teams to deliver integrated laboratory solutions.
  • Represent the company at scientific conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and academic meetings to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the long-term development of the Vietnam market.

Responsibilities           

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Medicine, Pathology, Biomedical Science, or other related Life Science disciplines.
  • At least 2–5 years of sales experience in Molecular Diagnostics, Pathology, Clinical Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, or related industries. Outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered for the Sales Specialist position.
  • Good understanding of clinical laboratory workflows and molecular diagnostic technologies. Experience in pathology or digital pathology solutions is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, customer relationship management, and business negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is an advantage but not required.
  • Willingness to travel within Vietnam as required.
