Our Team

Choo Beng Lor is the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Corporate Development Officer of Mirxes and is responsible for matters relating to finance, internal controls, compliance, corporate management and investor relations.

He was previously with Zheneng Jinjiang Environment Holding Company Limited where he was the Financial Controller overseeing matters relating to financial management and reporting, compliance with post-listing obligations. Prior to that, Beng Lor spent 11 years being a CFO for companies including Cima NanoTech Pte Ltd, Sound Global Ltd and Sino Chemical Holdings Pte Ltd.

Beng Lor graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Vitoria Owyong is the Chief of Staff, Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs & Governance.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, she leads the Group’s legal, compliance, governance, strategic affairs, and organisational planning functions, ensuring operational alignment across regional and global markets.

Vitoria works closely with the Board and board committees to uphold strong governance standards, manage regulatory and investor reporting obligations, and steer the company’s post-listing compliance following its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. She also leads key corporate initiatives spanning cross-border partnerships, fundraising activities, corporate restructuring, and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to joining Mirxes, Vitoria practised corporate law at Colin Ng & Partners LLP and CHP Law LLC, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, restructuring, venture financing, and corporate governance. She advised companies across various growth stages and supported their expansion across the APAC region. She is particularly passionate about guiding early-stage and high-growth companies through transformational phases.

Vitoria graduated from the Australian National University and was admitted to the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory as a Barrister and Solicitor. She previously practised in Singapore as a registered foreign lawyer.
