At the heart of our data strategy is a strong commitment to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We recognise our responsibility to safeguard sensitive health information and treat data privacy as a core organisational priority. Our AI Centre of Excellence applies Privacy by Design principles, ensuring that personal data is handled in accordance with applicable consent, notification and purpose limitation requirements and protected by appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. We regularly review our practices to support responsible AI innovation while maintaining trust and protecting individuals’ privacy.
